The popular Korean car maker, hyundai, within a span of about thirty years has crossed frontiers by making gigantic strides in the automobile industry. Started in late eighties in Korea, made its entry to US market in 1986, the company now is the proud recipient of the best car award for its latest model of luxury sedan, the Genesis. The success of the company has been due to the planning and execution of details and their elaborate research and development. Now with the worldwide presence of the car, the Korean automaker has joined the big league of automobile manufacturers.
The car has repeatedly won the safety awards from world’s leading juries and hence the insurance companies collect the least premium for the car. The Korean Automobile giant has also been testing its hybrid electric cars for over the last five years and their hybrid brands, Avante and Sonata are being launched in US, shortly. After producing cars in various segments like the SUVs, vans, commercial vehicles, sedans and small cars, the company has boldly ventured in to the racing cars. The Accent cars were entered in the F2 class competitions in 1998 and since then the cars were winning accolades, in the category.
